Everything you need to know about getting fit and staying thick. (or getting thick)

Fitness 101: Getting Started

Perhaps the most daunting thing about exercising is getting started.  Its like the first day at a new school.  You're not sure exactly what to wear, you don't know the rules of the school, and you might not know anyone thats in the same grade as you.  I see fitness the same way as I view getting into a pool.  You can:

(a.) Put your toes in and slowly get adjusted to the water
(b.) Jump right in
(c.) Not get in at all

Now on a mutliple choice test they say when in doubt choose 'c' but, here we say choose 'a' or 'b'.   There is no right or wrong way to start an exercise routin.  JUST START ONE!   Here are some basic things you need to have and to know in order to start.

Apparel

Ladies if you're like me you got some junk in you trunk.  Make sure you have the proper attire to support your body.  You'll need a good supportive bra ( I'd opt for a Sports Bra), a pair of comfy sneaker (These ones are awesome),  socks,  and loose fitting bottomes:  sweat pants, yoga pants, shorts, leggings, spandex.

You don't have to look busted while working out.  Check out this sexy, affordable work out clothes at the links below.
